Led by Troy Crowe, a food scientist with over 30 years of experience in product and process development, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, technical solutions, formula optimization, plant operations and management, and Quality Systems.

Workshop registration is $50, and space is limited to ensure a quality experience for all participants.
