State Sales Tax for Retailers – Kansas SBDC at WSU

This training is presented in conjunction with the Kansas Department of Revenue and is devoted to explaining the differences between the Kansas Retailers’ Sales Tax, the Kansas Retailers’ Compensating Use Tax, and the Kansas Consumers Compensating Use tax. You will gain a basic understanding of the goods and services subject to sales tax. It will also explain the record keeping and filing requirements, form preparation, how to use exemption certificates, and Withholding Tax.

Registration and Fees: Please pay for workshops by credit card or check online in our WSU Kansas SBDC Marketplace Shop. We do not accept cash.  Registration fees are nonrefundable.

Refund Policy: Registration fees are nonrefundable. You may also elect to send a substitute in your place. If the event is cancelled, all fees will be returned.
